Quality Blanks International

Quality Blanks International (QBI) has been in operation since 1969 and is the only integrated, in-house blanking facility in North America.  The facility has four presses ranging from 600 to 1600 tons located in a 98,000 square foot building with ample room to expand.  QBI is certified to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO14001.

QBI supplies configured and specific shape first stage blanks to both automotive and
non-automotive sectors.  As an integrated producer QBI can provide total control from steelmaking to finished blank to meet customer quality, dimension and formability requirements while ensuring consistent steel supply. 

QBI also provides total inventory management to meet customer Just in Time (JIT) delivery requirements.   All scrap is recycled on site which results in reduced freight costs since only the net weight of the blank is shipped.
